3. Attention to details

• All mould-affected areas will be washed pirior to painting

• All other surfaces which require washing will be washed with sugar soap

• All loose and flaking pain will be removed by approved methods.

• All holes and small cracks will be filled with correct products

• All surfaces will be cleared, dried and firmly adhered prior to painting

• All damaged glazing paint will be replaced

• All surfaces will have the correct primer applied.
